1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

2. Important Note – Video Required
To be eligible for a return, you must record an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened before use.
This helps us verify any claims of damage or incorrect delivery.
❗Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Plants that were healthy upon delivery

4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
